  7. Management Experience – prior ownership & management preferred
  8. Equity Injection – 10-20%
  9. Collateral ( 1st position ) – real property
  10. Guarantees – shareholders with 20% or greater ownership

  1. Maximum maturity – 20 years
  2. Rate – set monthly by the secondary market, fixed for 20 years at rates below commercial market rates.
  3. Collateral ( 2nd position ) – real property
  4. Fees – Up to 3% which can be included in the loan balance.
